The Ford President's Award is a prestigious award that recognizes the top-performing Ford dealerships based on high levels of customer care and satisfaction and is ranked against other dealerships in their respective groups. Only the top-performing dealerships can earn the distinction, with only 450 out of over 5,000 Ford dealerships nationwide winning the award. Each dealership must meet minimum requirements to qualify for consideration:
- Must be a qualified franchise on or before the award is presented
- Receive a minimum of 60 completed sales and Service Customer Viewpoint surveys
- Achieve 100-percent or higher retail Sales and Effectiveness for combined car and truck sales
- Achieve a higher Customer Experience Index Score than their dealership group score
